There are approximately 240 acres of undeveloped land at Falls Creek Farm. The remaining acreage consists of woodland areas, open grass fields, land to support evergreens grown on site, overgrown grounds, wetlands and land that has been used for vegetable crops in the past. There are several dirt roads that traverse throughout the property, trails that meander through the forest several which lead to different parts of Pauchaug State Forest, and three large ponds created out of a natural water course that flows through the property. Several elaborate stone walls have been built on the property along with multiple corrals and numerous paddocks. The natural landscape, open space and positive additions to the property all come together to create a wonderful atmosphere.
